ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If any of your items arrive damaged, please contact us asap (i.e. 2 hours after delivery).

Positive Mindset And More LLC may require you to submit photos and or videos of the

damaged mechandise, for proof. Failure to comply with said request, Positive Mindset And More LLC will not grant you a refund for damaged items.

 

RESTOCK PROCESSING FEE

If you wish to return and or exchange item(s) that are unopened, unused, and or undamaged, we charge a 15% processing fee based on your order total. The processing fee must be paid before a return and or exchange is initated by Positive Mindset And More, LLC.

 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Positive Mindset And More, LLC uses third-party suppliers that are primarily located in China as well as other countries. Due to the ongoing (COVID-19) outbreak, labor shortage, and global affairs, any merchandise coming from overseas may be subject to a 1 to 2 month delay. However, merchandise coming from the United States may be subject to a 1 to 3-week delay. We will do our best to notify you regarding release dates and delays as they are determined for each product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your understanding and patience with this matter.

CANCELLATIONS

Positive Mindset And More, LLC reserves the right to not accept and or grant cancellations on items that have been shipped. If you cancel your item(s) after shipment, you will not receive a refund until our suppliers notify us that they have received the returned shipment from Positive Mindset And More, LLC, the customer or the delivery carrier. That said, please ensure that the item(s) you place in your shopping cart is what you desire, and your shipping information is correct before purchasing.

​TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, www.positivemindsetandmore.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.positivemindsetandmore.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.positivemindsetandmore.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states and or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall www.positivemindsetandmore.com or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
